Suzanne has had a passion for art all her life. Hailing originally from the North West, she now shares her time between the Peak District and The Lakes, providing her with the perfect backdrop of the changing moods of nature and the countryside, for which she has a deep love.
These areas of outstanding beauty are a constant source of inspiration for Suzanne who spends many enjoyable hours walking in the high hills, simply experiencing their matchless atmosphere and beauty, capturing memories soon to be transferred to canvas, through the medium of oil colour, in her own unique way.
Suzanne never ceases to be captivated by natures colour and contrast, which provide an abundance of inspiration for the striking imagery of her art, in conveying the mood of the environment. Much of her work is inspired during those times of the day, when broad sweeping skies provide a wealth of magical colour, creating perfect harmony with the deepening shadows of the landscape.
